About the Role:
We're looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing Lead to head multi-channel marketing efforts and manage our internal team. You'll work on high-impact campaigns across digital advertising, SEO, content, and email marketing in AI and blockchain domains.
Your Core Responsibilities
- ●Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- ●Conduct market research to refine audience targeting and positioning.
- ●Lead and mentor marketing team members and align goals across roles.
- ●Oversee content creation: blogs, social media, whitepapers, and videos.
- ●Manage PPC, SEO, email, and social media marketing campaigns.
- ●Ensure consistent brand identity across all channels.
- ●Design and optimize lead generation and conversion funnels.
- ●Use growth hacking and automation tools to increase acquisition.
- ●Analyze KPIs like MQLs, CAC, ROAS, traffic growth, and engagement.
- ●Present marketing insights and reports to leadership.
Marketing Strategy and Planning
- →Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Codiste's business goals.
- →Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
- →Define marketing objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and campaign timelines.
Team Leadership and Management
- →Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team (content creators, designers, digital marketers, SEO specialists, and social media managers).
- →Assign tasks, set clear goals, and ensure team alignment with overall marketing strategy.
- →Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
Content and Campaign Management
- →Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content (blogs, case studies, social media posts, whitepapers, and videos) across all platforms.
- →Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, social media ads, email marketing, and SEO.
- →Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Brand Management and Positioning
- →Enhance Codiste's brand identity and maintain brand consistency across all channels.
- →Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials.
- →Craft compelling brand stories and positioning statements to differentiate Codiste in the market.
Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization
- →Design and optimize lead generation funnels for B2B clients across multiple channels.
- →Implement growth hacking techniques to drive user acquisition and customer retention.
- →Monitor and improve conversion rates for landing pages, ads, and email campaigns.
Analytics and Reporting
- →Track, measure, and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions.
- →Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.) to identify growth opportunities.
- →Present regular reports to the leadership team, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable insights.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- ●Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) generated per month
- ●Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- ●Website Traffic Growth (Organic and Paid)
- ●Social Media Engagement (Followers, Likes, Shares, Comments)
- ●Email Open and Click-Through Rates
- ●Brand Awareness Metrics (Reach, Impressions, Brand Mentions)
Required Qualifications:
- ●Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- ●5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- ●Proven experience in B2B marketing, especially in technology, AI, or blockchain industries.
- ●Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, Email Marketing).
- ●Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush).
- ●Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- ●Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- ●Creative thinker with a problem-solving attitude.
Preferred Skills:
- ●Experience in AI, blockchain, and emerging technology industries.
- ●Certification in Digital Marketing (Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint).
- ●Hands-on experience with growth hacking techniques.
- ●Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress) and design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- ●Experience with product marketing for SaaS and software solutions.
