About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Flutter Developer who can take charge of building, releasing, and maintaining robust mobile applications. You’ll work closely with our product and backend teams to deliver seamless, scalable, and production-ready apps.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Flutter & Dart: 2+ years of hands-on experience building cross-platform apps.
• End-to-End App Release Process: Comfortable with the entire release cycle, including signing, uploading, and publishing apps on Play Store and App Store.
• Strong OOP Concepts: Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming fundamentals.
• State Management: Practical experience with Bloc, Provider, and Riverpod.
• Firebase Integration: Hands-on experience with Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications, etc.) in Flutter apps.
• Responsive UI: Ability to implement adaptive UIs across devices and screen sizes.
• Debugging Expertise: Capable of identifying and fixing bugs efficiently, especially in UI and integration flows.
• Clean Architecture: Familiar with clean code principles, separation of concerns, and scalable project structure.
• Version Control: Proficient with Git, including workflows on Bitbucket or GitHub, and branching strategies.
• Flutter Flavors: Experience configuring and using multiple environments (flavors) in Flutter.

Good to Have

• Experience with CI/CD for Flutter.
• Familiarity with REST APIs or GraphQL.
• Exposure to native Android/iOS development.
• Contribution to open-source or personal GitHub portfolio.

• Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance mobile applications.

• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and backend developers for seamless delivery.
• Manage and maintain app releases, hotfixes, and updates.
• Ensure code quality, test coverage, and performance optimization.
